Pricing

**All quotes require in-person walk-throughs. I will not quote a price without first seeing the property.**

These numbers are estimates only. I am open to negotiating a quote after seeing the property. Bartering can also be negotiated.

Residential:

  • Deep Cleaning: Maximum SIX hours- $250. If your home is already immaculate, I’m not the cleaner for you. Deep cleaning will generally take two or more sessions to complete. This service can include trash pick up, inside and outside of appliances, defrosting deep freezers, baseboards, windows, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, counter tops, light switches & outlets, showers, sinks, toilets, dusting, doors, some decluttering. This rate may or may not include all of the listed tasks. Generally, dishes, laundry, hauling trash, making beds will be add-ons with a range of $10-$100 depending on condition and size of tasks.*
  • De-cluttering: Maximum THREE hours- $100. If you have a hoarding situation, please reach out to get a quote. I’m very willing to work out pricing and times depending on your situation.
  • Body Doubling: Maximum FOUR hours- $150. This service gets you a little of a lot. My time in this service can be spent any reasonable way you choose. See the “Services” tab for a clearer picture of this service.*
  • Small Handyman Projects: $30-$300. These projects are an add-on service to deep cleaning, de-cluttering, and body doubling services. Special circumstances may have alternative pricing. Filling small holes in drywall, light painting, changing door knobs, etc. is the vibe here. One to two of these projects, depending on the nature of the job, can be included in a deep clean.*
  • Laundry: This is a flat-rate service with little-to-no price negotiation. $20 per regular-sized basket (if I can carry it, it’s regular-sized, if it has wheels or you drag it across your house, it’s not) or 13 gallon trash bag. This can be a porch pickup situation where I will pick your laundry up on your porch at a set time and deliver it at a set time back onto your porch, or I can come in, help you round it up, and take it that way. The cost is still the same. If you have a laundry mountain sized amount of dirty clothes, every 6th bag/hamper is half off. You can send detergent with me or I can use from my own supply– this also does not change the cost.

All Commercial Cleaning Requires a Walk-Through and List of Priorities.

*Basic cleaning supplies used including mops, buckets, cleaning cloths, sprays, dusters, trash bags, etc. are included in these prices. If you wish for me to use your supplies, that’s fine but I will not use a product intended for one surface on a different surface. If additional tools/resources are needed, I will do what I can with what I have until you are available to discuss a price increase for additional supplies.

*If, during the service, I feel unsafe or other non-negotiable issues arise, I will immediately vacate the property and attempt to reach out to you once I have removed myself from the situation. In the event of sexual harassment, undisclosed but known-to-you health/safety issues, or the presence of overwhelming mold/pests, I will not issue a refund for unfinished tasks.
